Are you interested in studying pediatric hematological diseases with induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived organoid models in your research project?
The lab of Christoph Klein at the Dr. von Hauner Children’s HospitalWe is looking for a motivated master´s student to continue a successful master’s project.
Techniques you are going to work with include:
- iPS cell culture
- Organoid models
- Confocal Microscopy
- Flow Cytometry
- CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing
Previous experience with iPS cell culture and confocal microscopy is appreciated, but not mandatory.
